At bazaardodo, our priority is to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to bazaardodo. All return, credit, and exchange requests should be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. We will not process any requests that fall beyond those 30 days. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you. We do not offer price adjustments.
Modify and cancel orders
You can only modify or cancel the order for free within 2h after you place the order via email@example.com. Beyond 2 hours, we could not be able to make any modifications for you.
If you still have to cancel your order, we are so sorry that the product cost and shipping cost (80% of order volume) will not be refunded, we could only refund you the related product fees(price after using discount code if you applied one), cause your order has been shipped or is going to be shipped out.
Incorrect, damaged, or missing items
If the wrong item is shipped out to you due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged item(s) will be shipped at no cost. If a damaged item is shipped to you, or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package by replying to your confirmation email.
Notifications received after the 10 days will not be honored.
Late, missing, or don't receive
- We will not be responsible for any package still in transit. In order to allow our customers to receive the package as soon as possible, we have selected the best carrier. If your package is not delivered within the expected time, please be more kindly patience, we will try the best to help you.
If the package has not been received within 60 days after being sent out, we will provide free re-sending with a compensation gift for you, or full refund the order."
- We will contact you in time for any package missing in transit, and resend you a new package within 7 days of contacting you. We will also provide a 50% off discount code for your next purchase.
- We will not be responsible for any package which has been tracked as delivered, and which is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or refusal by you.
- If you miss the delivery, you need to contact the local post office within 5 days to pick up the package. After 5 days, the redelivery will be charged a $5 fee, and need to pay it on our website. If you don't purchase this fee. Your parcel will be destroyed directly. And we will not take any liability or compensation.
Refund or exchange
What you need to prepare
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from BazaarDoDo.
- You need to provide your order number and at least 2 clear photos of the products you have received.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- We do not accept refund or return request for the difference of lights up parts or the color division. In order to perfectly present the original picture, combined with the characteristics of light, it is normal to be slightly different
- Any original package we have sent will not be refunded the freight portion of the order amount.
- Return shipping and all the fees involved for returning items are at the buyer's cost unless stated, otherwise by our support team.
- Please use the email address you used to place an order to contact our support team.
- All replacements need to be purchased in "best sellers".
- Because of the nature of print on demand, products are highly customized and tailor-made for individual customers, such products are therefore non-refundable.Products in the following types are produced to order:
(1) Home & Living, include posters, Canvas Prints, Notebooks, Journals, Tumblers, Mugs, Pin Buttons & Stickers.
(2) Bags, include Laptop Sleeve, Drawstring Bag, Fanny Pack, Casual Shoulder Backpack, School Backpack, Tote Bag, Weekender Bag.
(3) Clothings, include T-Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Racerback Tanks, Scoop Neck Tee.
When will you receive the refund/replacement
Please kindly allow up to 10 business days after we have received your returned package for our Quality Assurance Team to verify its condition and process the order in our system. Rest assured that we will reach out to you via e-mail and process a refund/replacement accordingly as soon as possible.
Cycle for a refund: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and you should see this reflected in your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution, or 3-5 days if you paid with PayPal. If you still not receive the refund on your statement after two weeks, please be sure to get in contact directly with your bank or contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Cycle for exchange: The new package will be sent to you as soon as we received the original package. Please note that replacement products can't be returned for a refund or apply another replacement.
Our discount code
- All the discount codes you got from BazaarDoDo service team could only available at phone cases, wireless chargers, screen protectors and charging cables.
- The discounts code are only valid for the email address you filled in the original order, and the validity period is 30 days.
Product quality issues-warranty period
- If the item you purchased has quality problems within 10 days of delivering, please contact us ASAP, and we will reissue it for you for free and provide a gift as compensation.
- If the item you purchased has quality problems within 30 days of delivering, we can also resend a new one to you for free or refund the product cost. Please note the shipping fee is not included.
- If the item you purchased has quality problems within 180 days of delivering, you can re-purchase a new product at bazaardodo store at any time, only need to pay the corresponding freight.
All the blind boxed items are ""blind,"" meaning, you don't get to choose what assortment of figure(s) you'll receive. You won't know which one you're getting until it arrives. Think of it as a sweet surprise! Please understand that due to the production process, variations may occur from figure to figure. As these are blind boxed items, duplicates may also occur. Ordering multiple blind boxes does not guarantee that you will receive every character.
Due to the nature of blind boxes, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our blind boxed items. No exceptions. All sales are final.
