After contacting support multiple times after they shipped my item to the wrong address (which they said they had corrected), I never received my purchases nor did they provide a refund for the items I never received. I tried to be patient and understanding, but after a month this is absolutely unacceptable, especially because customer service stopped responding.
Would not recommend for any screen with curved edges as the screen protector does not curve with the edge, leaving a flap all around the edges. It lasted two days till the screen protector got peeled off when I put my phone in my pocket. I guess it would be alright for a non-curved edge screen, but use a different cloth as the cloth they provide has lint coming off of it.
Got one of the phone cases. It's pretty cool. I like it. But I also got a screen protector. Received it and it wasn't for the right phone. Contacted them to see if they could send me one for the correct phone that I ordered for. They went ahead and arranged another screen protector for me. I received it again and AGAIN it was for the wrong phone. Not gonna bother anymore.
Love the design and how it lights up certain parts of the design.
I love this case, it's exactly what I'd hoped it was. It's a little more sturdy than I expected as well. Also, if you don't want the lights to continually flash, just unplug it. I don't keep mine plugged in all the time because I like showing it off to everyone around me when they ask about it. Definitely making another purchase. Thank you!!
